Abstract: ABSTRACT Title of the Invention: Multimodal Assessment and Refractive Optimization System for Accommodative Behavior, Visual Strain, and Postural Compensation Abstract: The present invention relates to a multimodal assessment and refractive optimization system configured for evaluating accommodative behavior, visual strain, refractive burden, and posture-associated compensation using integrated image-derived, optometric, and optional refractometric parameters. The system acquires plain RGB images including front facial, lateral face-and-neck, and posterior head-and-shoulder views together with optometric inputs to derive ocular geometry parameters, accommodative proxy indicators, posture-associated metrics, and refractive burden variables. A multimodal mathematical fusion engine integrates the computed parameters to generate accommodative proxy scores, posture scores, refractive burden scores, and composite visual strain scores associated with compensatory visual behavior. The system further comprises a decision and classification engine and an iterative refractive optimization engine configured to evaluate candidate refractive corrections and identify a correction profile associated with minimized combined visual-postural burden. In enhanced embodiments, objective refractometric measurements are integrated to generate enhanced accommodative and ciliary-dynamics surrogate indicators for physiology-aware refractive assessment and optimization.
