More particularly, the invention discloses a convertible healthcare mobility apparatus comprising a structural frame, adjustable backrest mechanism, foldable support assembly, wheel arrangement, and locking system configured for rapid transformation between chair mode, bed mode, and stretcher mode. The invention minimizes manual patient transfer, reduces caregiver strain, enhances patient comfort, and improves operational efficiency in healthcare environments. The disclosed system provides easy mobility, space optimization, and economical healthcare support suitable for hospitals, ambulances, nursing homes, rehabilitation centers, rural healthcare facilities, and home-care environments.
