Abstract: The present invention is related to a wireless assistive alert system which means it is a device mainly used and designed for deaf and hard-of-hearing persons/people. So basically, this device is connected to the people who cannot hear the sound around them but can sense the feel of touch by this above alert system. Alert system is nothing but whenever deaf persons are in some kind of trouble or in any situation like crossing roads, walking beside the footpath etc. so like in these situations this wireless assistive alert system can be introduced to them and would be very useful for their daily basis. The working principle of this alert system that it acts as an extra set of “ears” by simply using vibrations or flashes to let them know when sound is happening nearby, so that they can be more active and can sense without any unnecessary sound or wires connecting the room (like it only takes the sound which is near to it and ignores unwanted or unnecessary noise in the room). The system has two main boxes. The Transmitter is one box which listens the sound placed near the sound source. and The Receiver another box which alerts the sound and stays away from the sound source but stays near the user and tells what’s happening. The main part is the sound sensor takes the sound or noise from the surrounding environment which is present in the main box and it is like a small microphone but gives a big result in the present invention. An Arduino microcontroller takes the sensor sounds and reduces the unwanted activated energy or sound energy during the process and takes the main information, makes predominantly final decisions and runs the whole act. Here, Sound-detection threshold it is an energy which only takes the main important voices or sounds from the environment and it can also control the device from getting off every time. It actually keeps a particularly specific volume like an alarm and doorbell. After all this parts of invention now the original show begins with NRF24LO1 communication module which plays a main role like being a wireless chip it allows the transmitter box to come closer with the receiver box and sends the data without wires. When the receiver box receives the alert signal means sound it directly intimates the LED which provides visual indication and the vibrator motor vibrates when the sound is produced by an alarm or by claps in the presence of LED light glows. this is how the sound is communicated for hard-of- hearing persons through vision and touch. This wireless assistive alert system is very low-cost and simple way to use which is also portable which detects the alert sounds from the surrounding sounds can be adapted by different applications like wireless systems.
