The application for the patent was published on October 30, 2026, under issue no. 44/2026.

Abstract: This study demonstrates a functionalized nitrogen-vacancy (NV) nanodiamond quantum sensing platform capable of simultaneous intracellular thermometry and magnetometry at sub-micron spatial resolution. Nanodiamonds with a mean diameter of 35 + 5 nm and an NV density of —100 ppm were synthesized to achieve zero- phonon line emission at 637 nm. Optically detected magnetic resonance (ODMR) spectroscopy yielded a thermal sensitivity of 1.2 K/ (Hz)^(1/2) via a temperature shift coefficient of -74.2 Icliz/K near room temperature (298 K). Quantum magnetometric readout exhibited a field sensitivity of 85 nT I. (Hz)^(1/2) with a spin coherence time (T2) of 12.4 microsecond. Sub-cellular spatial resolution down to 220 nm was achieved using continuous-wave laser excitation at 532 nm 1.5 mW. In vitro measurements inside fleLa cells mapped localized metabolic heat fluctuations of A T = 0.4 K alongside organelle-level magnetic field gradients up to 1.8 mT. The platform maintains structural stability and low cytotoxicity with 92 cell viability across a 48-hour incubation window.
