Abstract: The present invention relates to a nanoparticle-enhanced system for early cervical cancer detection, which falls within the technical field of medical diagnostics and nanotechnology. The system comprises biocompatible nanoparticles functionalized with specific ligands, such as antibodies or aptamers, designed to selectively bind to cervical cancer-specific biomarkers. Upon binding, these nanoparticles emit a detectable signal, which can be fluorescent, magnetic, or colorimetric, and is captured by a portable detection device or optical imaging system. This system includes a sample collection and processing mechanism for obtaining cervical or vaginal samples in a minimally invasive manner, ensuring safety and non-toxicity for human use. The portable detection device is adaptable for various diagnostic settings, including mobile clinics, and is capable of detecting and analyzing signals within minutes, even from biomarkers present in low concentrations. The versatile nanoparticle technology detects various cancer biomarkers, enabling early detection.
