Abstract: ABSTRACT NANOSTRUCTURE-BASED DRUG DELIVERY SYSTEM AND A PROCESS FOR ITS PREPARATION The present disclosure relates to a nanostructure-based drug delivery system and a process for its preparation. The nanostructure-based drug delivery system of the present disclosure is structurally stable, biocompatible with biological tissues, and capable of efficiently delivering temozolomide. Further, the nanostructure-based drug delivery system of the present disclosure facilitates sustained and targeted release and enhanced bioavailability of the loaded temozolomide and exhibits low immunogenicity. The process of the present disclosure is simple, economical, and commercially scalable.
