Abstract: Abstract A college feedback sentiment analysis system is disclosed for natural language processing for educational feedback analysis. The system receives student comments, survey responses, review text, ratings and optional department or course identifiers from students, feedback forms, administrators and review dashboards through an input interface. A conditioning portion prepares the received input by filtering, normalizing, parsing, segmenting or otherwise converting the input into a structured representation suited to the particular processing task. A decision portion then cleans review text, removes irrelevant symbols, generates numerical features, classifies feedback as positive or negative and groups results into trend summaries. The system generates sentiment labels, satisfaction indicators, negative-feedback clusters, model performance metrics and administrative reports through an output interface and stores a corresponding processing record. The arrangement links acquisition, conditioning, decision processing and output generation in one operative chain, because each review is converted into the same feature representation before sentiment classification is performed.
