Abstract: A neck resistance and posture correction device, comprising a wearable member 101 adapted to be worn around the user's head and neck, an electromagnet 102 integrated at each end of the wearable member 101 to secure attachment points during exercises, an imaging module 103 synchronized with an ultrasonic sensor to determine the user’s head position, neck angle, and posture, and accordingly cause the wearable member 101 to expand, contract, for adjusting resistance in view of optimal cervical alignment, an input means 104 to allow the user to select a mode from multiple operating modes, including rehabilitation mode, strength mode, posture correction mode, desk mode or manual mode, and a plurality of heating and cooling gel pads 105 to provide thermal therapy, inflammation relief, or comfort in coordination with the selected mode and user commands.
