The system comprises user authentication, caretaker verification, location-based caretaker discovery, service booking, workflow management, emergency response, payment processing, monitoring, reporting, and centralized data management modules. Service requests are processed through predefined workflow states including Requested, Accepted, In Progress, Completed, and Archived, enabling continuous monitoring and synchronized status updates. The system further maintains beneficiary records, caretaker profiles, booking history, complaint records, emergency events, payment information, and administrative data within a centralized database. Reporting modules generate service history, caretaker performance, workflow analytics, and financial reports. The modular architecture supports integration with intelligent recommendation engines, wearable healthcare devices, cloud infrastructure, and mobile platforms while maintaining secure and coordinated elderly care management.
