Abstract: The present invention relates to a neuro-adaptive artificial intelligence system (100) for proactive digital de-addiction and behavioural self-regulation. The system (100) comprises a multi-modal sensing layer (102), a neuromorphic processing layer (104), a multi-agent artificial intelligence layer (106), an agentic memory architecture (108), and a personalized intervention engine (110). Behavioural, contextual, physiological, and interaction-related signals acquired from smartphones, wearable devices, and interconnected digital systems are processed using event-driven spiking neural networks to identify compulsive engagement patterns, emotional vulnerability states, and cognitive dependency indicators. The multi-agent artificial intelligence layer (106) autonomously generates adaptive interventions including behavioural coaching, attention-redirection prompts, notification modulation, and contextual digital wellbeing guidance. The system continuously updates behavioural models and intervention strategies using feedback-driven adaptive learning.
