Abstract: The present invention relates to a muscle-signal-controlled robotic gripping system for converting human muscle activity into controlled mechanical movement. The system is configured to acquire electrical signals generated by muscle activity through surface electrodes and process the acquired signals using a muscle signal acquisition module. The processed signal is supplied to a microcontroller, preferably an Arduino UNO, which identifies changes in the signal corresponding to muscle contraction and relaxation. Based on the detected muscle activity, the microcontroller generates an appropriate control signal for actuating a servo motor connected to a robotic claw. During muscle contraction, the servo motor is controlled to move the claw towards a closed position for gripping an object, while during muscle relaxation, the servo motor is controlled to return the claw towards an open position. The system provides a direct interface between human muscle activity and mechanical gripping without requiring conventional physical switches or manual control inputs. The proposed invention is compact, modular, and suitable for prototype-level implementation using readily available electronic and mechanical components. The system can be further adapted for lightweight object manipulation, assistive gripping mechanisms, robotic hand systems, and other human-machine interaction applications.
