The application for the patent was published on August 07, 2026, under issue no. 32/2026.
Abstract: Abstract Disclosed is a neuromuscular monitoring and assistive system comprising a flexible textile wearable structure wearable on at least one upper limb region, lower limb region, or combination thereof. A sensing unit disposed on or integrated with the flexible textile wearable structure comprises surface electromyography sensors, inertial measurement unit sensors, flex or stretch sensors, pressure sensors, physiological sensors, and environmental sensors. A processing unit acquires sensor signals and performs signal conditioning, filtering, feature extraction, threshold comparison, pattern recognition, baseline comparison, and multi-sensor fusion to identify abnormal conditions relating to muscle activity, limb motion, joint movement, gait behaviour, balance behaviour, tremor behaviour, spasticity-related behaviour, cerebral-palsy-related behaviour, fatigue behaviour, physiological-risk conditions, environmental-risk conditions, or hazardous movement behaviour. A feedback unit provides haptic feedback, posture guidance, movement guidance, gait guidance, corrective assistance, alerts, notifications, posture-correction output, joint-angle correction output, motorized assistance, resistance-based assistance, relaxation guidance, or thermal assistance .Fig. 1 Dated June 9, 2026 / Kumar Tushar Srivastava IN/PA-3973 Agent for the Applicant
