Abstract: A noise attenuation and privacy control device for window frames, comprising a frame structure 101 detachably secured to a window frame, at least one adjustable sheet assembly comprising an electrochromic sheet 102 to modulate light transmission between a transparent and an opaque state, a mechanical deployment arrangement to extend or retract the adjustable sheet assembly across the window frame, an acoustic sensing module 107 for detecting and measuring internal and external sound levels, an imaging module comprising an AI-enabled camera 108 and an ultrasonic sensor for monitoring an exterior region adjacent to the window, a vibration sensor for detecting tampering or mechanical disturbance, a temperature gradient sensor for detecting indoor thermal conditions, an electromagnetic locking layer 109 for securing the sheet assembly in a fully extended position, and an analysis module to process sensor inputs and actuate deployment, transparency, and locking of the sheet assembly.
