Abstract: Abstract Non-Invasive Glucose Monitoring Using Motion Artifact Suppression The present invention relates to a motion artifact rejection system for non-invasive glucose monitoring that improves the reliability of glucose estimation by eliminating motion-induced disturbances prior to prediction. The system comprises an optical physiological sensing module, a temperature sensing module, a signal conditioning engine, a motion artifact rejection engine, a physiological feature extraction module, a confidence evaluation module, a glucose prediction engine, a display module, and a wireless communication interface. Physiological signals are continuously acquired, preprocessed, and evaluated for signal quality to identify and suppress motion artifacts before feature extraction. Glucose concentration is estimated using validated physiological features, and a confidence index determines the reliability of each prediction. When the confidence level is inadequate, the system automatically reacquires physiological signals instead of generating unreliable results. Validated glucose estimates are displayed locally and transmitted to a cloud platform for remote monitoring, improving the accuracy.
