Abstract: By comprising 0.1 to 1.6 wt% of silicon (Si), 0.1 to 0.6 wt% of manganese (Mn), 0.4 to 1.5 wt% of aluminum (Al), 0.005 wt% or less of sulfur (S), 0.005 wt% or less of titanium (Ti), 0.03 wt% or less of tin (Sn), 0.025 wt% or less of niobium (Nb), 0.03 wt% or less of molybdenum (Mo), and the balance being iron (Fe) and other inevitable elements, the iron loss can be reduced without an increase in production costs.
