Abstract: A method for manufacturing a non-oriented electrical steel sheet, according to one embodiment of the present invention, comprises the steps of: manufacturing a cold-rolled sheet comprising, by weight %, 0.3% to 4.0% of Si, 0.001% to 2.0% of Al, and 0.03% to 2.0% of Mn, with the remainder being Fe and unavoidable impurities; a first coating step of applying a Si diffusion composition including a Si compound onto the surface of the cold-rolled sheet; a first drying step of drying the Si diffusion composition to form a Si diffusion coating layer; a second coating step of applying the Si diffusion composition onto the dried surface of the steel sheet; a second drying step of drying the Si diffusion composition; and a step of diffusion annealing the cold-rolled sheet.
