Abstract: ABSTRACT NON-TERRESTRIAL NETWORK SATELLITE GROUP ESTABLISHMENT Systems, methods, apparatuses, and computer program products for establishing non-terrestrial network satellite groups, where a primary authentication initiated satellite moves out of coverage, and a new satellite begins serving a user equipment during primary authentication and access and non-access stratum security context set up. One method may include establishing, by a first satellite, a connection with at least one of a plurality of satellites; generating, by the first satellite, a selective satellite group comprising at least one of the plurality of satellites including the first satellite; and transmitting, by the first satellite, an indication of the plurality of satellites of the selective satellite group to an access and mobility management function.
