Abstract: ABSTRACT The present invention relates to a novel bioactive calcium silicate-based endodontic material modified with hydroxyapatite and cerium oxide nanoparticles. The composition integrates structural reinforcement, biomimetic mineralization, and antioxidant activity to improve the physicochemical and biological properties of conventional calcium silicate cements. Hydroxyapatite provides mineralization scaffolding, while cerium oxide nanoparticles regulate oxidative stress and promote cellular differentiation. The material demonstrates improved mechanical strength, antibacterial activity, and odontogenic potential, making it suitable for applications in vital pulp therapy and regenerative endodontics.
