Abstract: Move! conductive flexible and transparent polymer film Abstract Novel conductive flexible and transparent polymer film have been prepared by combing solvent evaporation method and pulsed laser deposition is disclosed. Ffabrication of flexible semiconducting metal oxides for electronic devices is challenging due to substrate thicloiess constraints. Zinc Oxide (ZnO) films are grown on flexible ’PMMA (Polymethylmethacrylate) substrates using pulsed laser deposition. Transmittance spectroscopy shows over 90% transparency in the visible range, and sheet resistance measurements indicate low electrical resistance. In support of the above results, XRD confirms high crystalline and c-axis orientation at room temperature. Thus, this invention of transparent ZnO/PMMA films has high potential applications. 6 Claims/2 Figures.
