Abstract: ABSTRACT NOVEL LIPOSOMAL BACOPA FORMULATION AND METHOD FOR ENHANCING COGNITIVE FUNCTION AND NEUROPSYCHIATRIC MANAGEMENT The present invention discloses a novel therapeutic approach for preparation of a liposomal Bacopa formulation incorporating Bacosides, Pea Protein, Sunflower Lecithin Powder, and Tocopherol, designed for enhancing cognitive function and neuropsychiatric management. The method involves the preparation of a liposomal delivery system to encapsulate the active compounds, ensuring their effective absorption and targeted delivery to the brain. The Bacosides, derived from Bacopa monnieri, provide potent cognitive-enhancing and neuroprotective effects, improving memory, learning, and mental clarity. Pea Protein is utilized for its nutritional benefits and ability to enhance the bioavailability of the active ingredients, while Sunflower Lecithin acts as an emulsifier, facilitating the encapsulation of Bacosides in liposomes. Tocopherol (Vitamin E) is incorporated to provide antioxidant protection, shielding the formulation from oxidative stress and further supporting brain health. The method ensures the stable preparation of a liposomal formulation with optimal bioavailability, contributing to the effective management of neuropsychiatric conditions such as anxiety, tension, and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). This innovative formulation and method provide a highly effective approach for improving cognitive function, enhancing mental well- being, and supporting neuropsychiatric health, applicable in various therapeutic products, including dietary supplements, functional foods, and nutraceutical formulations.
