The invention enables preparation or manufacturing of liquid or solid food or cosmetic composition comprising Novel Stable Food Grade Natural Colour com¬positions and their packing. These novel colour compositions are water soluble, easy to prepare, free from drawbacks of the prior art and are stable. These are useful to prepare ready to use water soluble colours. Variety of colour compositions are possible as per present invention.
