Abstract: 6. ABSTRACT OF THE INVENTION The patent disclosure covers Novel System, Design and Method of Adaptive Context-Aware Trust Evolution Framework for Predictive Cyber Defence Using Behavioural Digital Twins. The increasing sophistication of cyber threats has exposed the limitations of conventional cybersecurity systems that primarily detect attacks after malicious activities have already occurred. This patent disclosure proposes an Adaptive Context-Aware Trust Evolution Framework for Predictive Cyber Defense (ACTE-PD), a software-based intelligent security framework that proactively predicts potential cyber attacks by continuously monitoring endpoint behavior and contextual system activities. The proposed method constructs adaptive trust profiles for users, processes, applications, files, and network entities, enabling dynamic assessment of system integrity through behavioral analysis and artificial intelligence techniques. Based on continuously evolving trust scores and contextual information, the framework estimates attack probabilities and initiates autonomous defensive actions before critical system compromise occurs. The proposed framework aims to reduce false-positive alerts, improve attack prediction accuracy, provide explainable security decisions, and enhance the overall resilience of endpoint systems cyber threats. The invention offers a scalable, adaptive, and intelligent cybersecurity solution suitable for enterprise, cloud, healthcare, financial, and critical infrastructure environments.
