Abstract: 6. ABSTRACT OF THE INVENTION The patent disclosure covers Novel System, Design and Method of Adaptive Multi-Layer-Blockchain Security System with Ai- Based Threat Detection and Dynamic Cryptographic Key Rotation. The rapid growth of blockchain technology has transformed digital transactions by providing decentralized, transparent, and tamper-resistant data management. However, blockchain networks remain vulnerable to sophisticated cyber threats, including unauthorized access, key compromise, smart contract exploitation, distributed denial-ofservice attacks, and insider threats. To address these challenges, this invention proposes an Adaptive Multi- Layer Blockchain Security System with Al-Based Threat Detection and Dynamic Cryptographic Key Rotation. The proposed framework integrates artificial intelligence techniques with a multi-layer blockchain security architecture to continuously monitor network activities, identify malicious behavior, and classify potential threats in real time. Machine learning algorithms analyze transaction patterns, node behavior, and system logs to detect anomalies with high accuracy while minimizing false alarms. Based on the calculated risk level, the system dynamically rotates cryptographic keys to prevent key exposure and strengthen secure communication between blockchain nodes. The adaptive security mechanism automatically updates protection strategies according to evolving attack patterns without interrupting normal blockchain operations. Furthermore, all security events and key management activities are recorded on an immutable blockchain ledger to ensure transparency, traceability, and accountability. The proposed solution enhances confidentiality, integrity, availability, and resilience while maintaining low computational overhead and scalability for large-scale distributed environments. This framework is suitable for applications such as financial services, healthcare, supply chain management, cloud computing, Internet of Things (loT), and digital identity systems, providing a secure, intelligent, and adaptive approach to next- generation blockchain security.
