Abstract: ABSTRACT OF THE INVENTION: Stem cell therapies represent a promising frontier in regenerative medicine but face critical challenges prediction, quality assurance, and drug discovery. Current clinical workflows lack personalized predictiino ntr meaotmdeelnst for patient outcomes, transparent quality assessment frameworks for stem cell lines, and efficient drug screening mechanisms. This paper presents Stem Pred Al, an integrated web-based decision support system that leverages artificial intelligence to address these challenges. The system employs deep learning models trained on clinical datasets to predict patient recovery outcomes with 91.8% accuracy, implements an automated quality assessment module using computer vision and machine learning to validate stem cell characteristics, and integrates a high - throughput drug discovery engine powered by Random Forest classification for pharmaceutical screening. The platform combines a Flask based backend with RESTful APIs and an interactive frontend dashboard that enables real-time clinical decision support, stem cell quality visualization, and drug efficacy predictions. By synthesizing patient genetics, stem cell phenotypes, and compound screening data, Stem Pred Al provides a comprehensive solution that bridges the gap between laboratory research and clinical application in regenerative medicine.
