Abstract: The present invention relates to a computer-implemented system and method for processing, converting, organizing and presenting multilingual numeral systems through an integrated digital platform. The system comprises an interactive user interface, an input-processing module, a conversion-direction selection module, a plurality of language-specific rule-based numeral conversion engines, a linguistic information module, and a metadata-indexed problem repository. The system is operable to perform bidirectional conversion between Arabic numerals and language-specific numeral representations by selecting and executing computational rules corresponding to a selected language. The rule-based conversion engines process structural characteristics of numeral systems including decimal, vigesimal, mixed- base, additive, multiplicative and subtractive constructions, together with language-specific lexical, positional, morphological and grammatical variations. The system further supports processing of irregular numeral formations, numerical pivots and sub-pivots, overcounting structures, and special positional forms occurring within individual numeral systems. Further, In an embodiment, an input-form detection mechanism identifies different representations of a numeral input, including native- script digits, native-language numeral words and romanized text, and selects an appropriate parsing operation for conversion. The system may further generate multiple output representations for a numerical value, including native-script digit forms, word forms, romanized forms, decimal forms and vigesimal forms. The system additionally comprises a searchable repository in which numeral-system problems and corresponding solutions are associated with metadata and classified according to properties including difficulty, source competition, numerical structure and linguistic phenomenon. A filtering mechanism enables retrieval of relevant problems based on one or more selected properties, while a selective solution-display mechanism provides access to corresponding solutions. The numeral conversion engines, linguistic information resources and searchable problem repository are integrated through a unified interactive interface, thereby providing a scalable computational environment for multilingual numeral conversion, structural linguistic interpretation and organized retrieval of numeral-system resources.
