Abstract: The present invention relates to a cost-effective, standalone, offline LPG cylinder monitoring device configured to measure and predict gas consumption without reliance on internet connectivity or external computing infrastructure. The device employs load cells (l0l) integrated within a base structure to measure cylinder weight, with signals processed in an electronics enclosure (102) containing a microcontroller and associated circuitry. A temperature sensor (202) compensates for thermal drift to ensure measurement accuracy. The processing unit detects consumption events and implements a day-of-week segmented EWMA-based adaptive model to estimate remaining gas and predict cylinder exhaustion. A user interface including a display unit (301) provides real-time information, while an audible alert mechanism indicates low gas conditions. A reset button (103) enables recalibration upon cylinder replacement, and wheels (201) with locking mechanism provided for mobility and stability. All operations are performed locally within the device, enabling a compact, low-cost, and fully offline solution (Figure 1).
