Abstract: An offset junction trial apparatus 100 comprises first component 102 having face 204, head portion 202, transverse slot 208 and ball 302 and spring-loaded plunger assembly 402 housed within transverse slot 208 and second component 104 having central opening configured to slidably receive first component 102, ball-engagement slots (504A, 504B) formed at predetermined positions corresponding to different offset values. The ball 302 of first component 102 is spring-biased to protrude partially from transverse slot 208 and selectively engage with any one of ball-engagement slots (504A, 504B) to secure the first component 102 at the selected offset position. The offset value markings (602, 604) correspond to each of the ball-engagement slot and bone-interfacing surface 512. The first component 102 is configured to slide linearly relative to second component 104 upon application of force to head portion 202, sufficient to overcome the spring bias of spring-loaded plunger assembly 402.
