Abstract: An optimized dental implantology system comprising: - at least one dental implant; - at least one pillar customized; - at least one healing cap in PMMA or PEEK, with locking taper, having a flared lower portion and such as to be inserted and fitted perfectly on the pillar; - at least one capsule, or a provisional crown, fixable to the pillar by means of the cap, made of PEEK or PMA. The pillar consists of: a first sub-gingival portion thereof, having a vestibular surface, a mesial surface, a distal surface, and a palatal surface, adapted to mature the connective attachment and the junctional attachment, and - a second supragingival portion whose height is adapted to the masticatory height of a patient.
