Abstract: The present invention relates to the technical field of communications, and specifically relates to an OTFS resource configuration method and apparatus, and a storage medium. The OTFS resource configuration method comprises: performing channel estimation with a second device in a delay Doppler (DD) domain by means of a first OTFS frame; determining channel state information corresponding to each time-frequency resource unit in a first time-frequency resource grid, wherein the first time- frequency resource grid corresponds to a first DD domain resource grid; on the basis of the channel state information corresponding to each time-frequency resource unit, determining a second time-frequency resource grid from the first time-frequency resource grid; and on the basis of the second time-frequency resource grid, determining a second DD domain resource grid corresponding to a second OTFS frame. Therefore, OTFS data can be mapped to a time-frequency resource having good channel quality for transmission, thereby improving the transmission efficiency.
