Abstract: The present invention discloses an AI-powered microclimate estimation and crop recommendation system for plot-level agricultural decision-making. The system utilizes a parametric Partial Differential Equation (PDE) kernel to model localized environmental conditions, including temperature diffusion, humidity transport, soil moisture variation, and micro-wind dynamics. Real-time data acquired from distributed on-field sensors continuously updates and refines the PDE model through an adaptive data assimilation mechanism, ensuring high accuracy and responsiveness to changing conditions. The generated microclimate profile is processed by an AI-based crop intelligence layer, which assesses crop climate compatibility and recommends optimal crop choices based on factors such as resilience, water requirements, and yield potential. The invention delivers precise, dynamic, and site-specific agricultural insights by integrating physics-based modelling with artificial intelligence. This approach addresses the limitations of conventional region-based forecasting systems, minimizes the risk of crop failure, and enhances farm productivity and resource utilization efficiency.
