Abstract: ABSTRACT PARKING LOT CHARGING METHOD, APPARATUS AND DEVICE BASED ON ANPR AND RFID, STORAGE MEDIUM AND COMPUTER PROGRAM PRODUCT Disclosed are a parking lot charging method based on ANPR and RFID, a storage medium and a computer program product. The method includes: when a vehicle enters entrance, obtaining entrance number plate information and entrance ETC information, obtaining entrance time; associating entrance number plate information with entrance ETC information, obtaining tag state of entrance ETC information; when the vehicle reaches exit, obtaining exit number plate information and exit ETC information, obtaining exit time; when exit number plate information is the same as entrance number plate information and exit ETC information is the same as entrance ETC information, determining whether tag state is abnormal; and if not, determining amount to be deducted based on entrance time and exit time, initiating ETC deduction based on preset bank deduction API, and controlling whether gate is lifted and released based on deduction result, which improves efficiency of vehicle entering and leaving the parking lot.
