Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure may include a parking management system, including a user interface module configured to allow a first user to register and list a parking space, and a second user to search and book the parking space. Embodiments may also include an image processing module configured to analyze photographs of the listed parking space to automatically determine its dimensions. Embodiments may also include a compatibility assessment module that determines the suitability of the parking space for various types of vehicles based on the dimensions. Embodiments may also include a location tracking device to be attached to the vehicle parked in the space to monitor parking duration. Embodiments may also include a timing adjustment module configured to enable extension or reduction of parking duration in real time.
