Particularly, the present invention relates to a high performance, and improved particle stabilized ceramic foam having higher porosity, uniformly distributed pores, controlled and uniform pore structures, enhanced mechanical integrity, and improved structural stability, along with an improved and industrially scalable process, and system for preparation thereof. The invention provides a viable, and a sustainable solution for a continuous manufacturing of the particle stabilized ceramic foam for an application in the field of aerospace, biomedical implants, automotive systems, energy storage devices, and construction materials.
