MUMBAI, India, July 24 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202547069284 A) filed by Mitsubishi Chemical Corporation on July 21, 2025, for Partition Member And Battery Assembly.

Abstract: In the present invention, a partition member that partitions unitary batteries in a battery assembly is configured so as to readily suppress the incidence of water condensation in the interior of the battery assembly. The partition member 1 is configured by enclosing an internal capsule member 110 inside an outer package member 120. The internal capsule member 110 is formed including a porous body, and the water-vapor permeability of the outer package member 120 in a 40°, 90% RH environment is set to 1.0×10–3 to 5.0×101g/m2/day.
