Abstract: ABSTRACT The present invention relates to a passenger comfort modeling system for automotive suspension analysis using a hardware-based experimental platform. The system comprises a vibration generation mechanism, suspension assembly, passenger simulation platform, vibration sensing module, and processing unit for real- time vibration analysis. The invention enables measurement and evaluation of vibration transmissibility, suspension response, damping performance, and passenger comfort characteristics under varying load and speed conditions. The disclosed system provides a compact, economical, and experimentally operable alternative to conventional simulation-based ride comfort analysis systems and is particularly suitable for automotive laboratories, research institutions, and educational applications.
