The application for the patent was published on August 07, 2026, under issue no. 32/2026.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a clinically supervised digital system for asthma management based on Peak Expiratory Flow Rate (PEFR) monitoring. The PEFR Titration Tracker is designed to provide a secure, transparent, and guideline-driven platform that connects asthma patients and authorized clinicians for structured treatment titration. The system enables patients to record PEFR readings, symptoms, and medication usage through a mobile interface, while clinicians maintain full supervisory control over treatment decisions. The invention incorporates a clinician-verified onboarding process in which baseline PEFR values and personalized monitoring parameters are established before patient access is granted. All patient data is stored within a centralized, clinicianmanaged database, ensuring accountability, medical accuracy, and ethical oversight. A rule-based and assistive analytical engine evaluates recorded PEFR trends and symptom patterns to support timely treatment recommendations, while final treatment adjustments remain under clinician authority. By enabling continuous monitoring, real-time alerts, and secure clinician-patient interaction, the invention addresses critical challenges in asthma care, including delayed intervention, inconsistent monitoring, and fragmented communication. The system enhances trust, transparency, and efficiency in asthma treatment titration, thereby improving long-term disease control and reducing the risk of severe exacerbations
