Abstract: A personal item storage assistive device for furniture, comprises of a rectangular frame 101 developed to be positioned on top rail of a chair, multiple suction cups 102 for affixing the frame 101 with the surface, an extendable plate 103 for accommodating multiple personal items, a pair of motorized pivot joints 105 for providing an angular movement to plate 103 in order to allow a user to position the items over plate 103, an imaging unit to determine a type of item that user in holding, a sliding arrangement 107 for creating an ample amount of gaping in between flaps 104 as required for accommodating the item, a motorized drawer arrangement 113 to extend/ retract for increasing/ decreasing dimension of the plate 103 for facilitating proper storage of the item over the plate 103, and a horizontal link 108 for providing a barricading/ partitioning over accommodated items.
