The system comprises a perception layer [210] configured to acquire and encode multimodal sensor data into a latent scene representation, a world model layer [220] configured to predict future environmental states and action trajectories, a personality inference layer [230] configured to determine user personality representations, preferences, and uncertainty estimates, a consequence evaluation layer [240] configured to generate multi-dimensional consequence assessments for candidate actions, a multi- objective decision layer [250] configured to select an optimal action while prioritizing predefined safety constraints over user preferences, and a policy execution and feedback layer [260] configured to execute actions and continuously update system models through closed-loop feedback. Auxiliary governance modules provide secure memory, explainability, privacy, multi-user preference resolution, safety override, and fault recovery, enabling safe, adaptive, transparent, and context-aware human-robot interaction.
