MUMBAI, India, June 24 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202441097314 A) filed by Rahul Sudhakar Gawande on December 10, 2024, for Pharmaceutical Compositions Of Lfa-1 Antagonist.

Abstract: Abstract A stable pharmaceutical composition comprises LFA-1 antagonist and one or more pharmaceutically acceptable excipients, wherein the composition comprises of topical compositions. such as ointment, cream, gel, emulgel, foam, crystals, spray, aerosol, or liquid suspension.and the like. From the 4 topical compositions there were no major changes observed in EmulGel formulation upon stability study at accelerated condition of 40°C/75%Rh for 6 M and at real time condition of 25°C/60%RH also. No major change in in vitro drug release was observed indicating consistent performance of the EmulGel formulation on stability.
