The application for the patent was published on August 07, 2026, under issue no. 32/2026.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a physiological-state adaptive digital wellbeing system (100) comprising a wearable armband device (102) and a mobile application (103). The wearable armband device comprises a galvanic skin response sensor (201), a photoplethysmography sensor (202), a heart rate variability processing module (203), an inertial measurement unit sensor (204), and a microcontroller unit (205) configured to generate physiological stress classifications. A stress classification engine (300) and a behavioral risk scoring engine (400) determine a user physiological state and digital engagement risk. An adaptive intervention engine (105, 500) selectively delivers intervention modalities based on the physiological stress classification and behavioral risk score. A karma progression engine (700), diary insight engine (800), and AntarGita Samvad engine (900) generate progression scores, personalized insights, and contextual guidance outputs. The system dynamically modifies intervention triggering, intervention selection, and intervention sequencing according to physiological stress conditions to improve digital wellbeing and behavioral regulation.
