Abstract: The invention relates to an educational technology system for implementing a mixed model of learning in accordance with National Educational Policy requirements. The proposed system includes a user interface module, learner profile module, policy mapping module, mode balancer, content repository, assessment module, feedback module, and report generator. The system receives learner and course information, maps policy objectives, selects suitable learning modes, delivers learning activities, evaluates learner performance, collects feedback, and revises the mixed learning plan. The invention is useful for schools, colleges, universities, vocational institutions, digital education platforms, teachers, learners, and academic administrators.
