Abstract: POLYHERBAL MICROBIOME MODULATING CAPSULES AND METHODS THEREOF Abstract The invention relates to a synergistic polyherbal composition in capsule form formulated to modulate the human gut microbiome by enhancing beneficial bacterial growth and suppressing pathogenic species. The composition comprises standardized extracts of Withania somnifera, Curcuma longa, Tinospora cordifolia, Emblica officinalis, and Piper nigrum, optionally combined with prebiotic fibers and encapsulated in a gastro-resistant shell. The capsules provide improved gut ecological balance, reduce intestinal inflammation, and promote metabolic and immune homeostasis. Experimental data demonstrate modulation of microbial diversity indices, enhanced levels of Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus, and a reduction in inflammatory markers in vivo.
