Abstract: ABSTRACT A polymer composite sanitary ware system comprises a sanitary ware body formed from recycled automobile tire-derived rubber material (30-75 wt.%) combined with a polymeric matrix material (15-50 wt.%). The composite material may include reinforcing fibers, compatibilizers, and mineral fillers. The sanitary ware body comprises a bowl region, waste outlet region, mounting region, and plumbing interface region configured for installation and connection to water supply and drainage systems. A sanitary surface coating is disposed on the interior bowl surface to provide water resistance, stain resistance, and hygienic properties. The system is manufactured by mechanically processing end-of-life automobile tires, compounding the tire-derived rubber with the polymeric matrix, molding under controlled pressure and temperature, and applying the sanitary surface coating. The invention achieves weight reduction (30-50%), superior impact resistance, low water absorption, and circular economy benefits through conversion of waste automobile tires into durable sanitary products.
