Abstract: ABSTRACT The present disclosure relates to portable land boundary survey apparatus and methods. The portable apparatus (102) integrates a satellite positioning receiver (104) connected to a differential correction receiver (106) to output precise surveyed position coordinates. A subsurface detection subsystem (108) transmits electromagnetic pulses into ground to detect buried boundary markers from reflected signals. A stereoscopic imaging subsystem (110) with an inertial measurement unit (112) captures georeferenced stereo image pairs tagged with position and orientation data. A hardware processor (114) coordinates all subsystems through a spatial reconciliation controller (116), retrieving cadastral coordinate data from multiple departmental spatial databases. The processor (114) generates a spatial discrepancy report containing distance metrics between surveyed and cadastral coordinates, a geometric consistency score, georeferenced stereo image pairs, and subsurface detection data. The resulting field survey record supports boundary adjudication, consolidating positional, subsurface, and visual evidence within a single portable platform. FIG. 1
