Abstract: The present invention relates to a portable breast health screening device designed for use by community nurses, ANMs, ASHA workers, and primary healthcare professionals for early identification of breast abnormalities. The device comprises a handheld ergonomic housing incorporating a multi-sensor array including thermal sensors, pressure/tactile sensors, optical tissue-density sensors, and an embedded artificial intelligence module. The device performs non-invasive, radiation-free screening by analyzing temperature distribution, tissue stiffness, vascular patterns, and localized abnormalities within breast tissue. Screening results are displayed on an integrated touchscreen and synchronized with a mobile application for patient tracking and telemedicine consultation. The device is battery-operated, lightweight, and suitable for use in rural and resource-limited healthcare settings. The invention facilitates rapid community-based breast health assessment and enables timely referral of high-risk individuals for diagnostic evaluation.
