Abstract: ABSTRACT The present invention discloses a portable and foldable cervical traction device integrated with a roller massage mechanism for cervical spine rehabilitation and neck muscle relaxation. The device comprises a semi-rigid cervical collar frame, adjustable traction coils, a screw-based traction control mechanism, massage rollers positioned along the posterior cervical region, and adjustable fastening straps. The invention provides controlled cervical distraction while simultaneously delivering massage therapy to cervical extensor muscles, thereby improving circulation, reducing muscular spasm, and enhancing therapeutic effectiveness. Unlike conventional bulky traction systems or inflatable collars, the present device is lightweight, portable, manually operable, and suitable for home-based rehabilitation without external electrical support. The foldable structure improves portability and storage, while the adjustable fit accommodates various neck sizes. Optional electronic controls and safety monitoring systems may also be incorporated. The invention combines mechanical precision, patient comfort, portability, and dual therapeutic functionality in a single rehabilitation apparatus.
