Abstract: This invention relates to a portable mental stress detection and intimation using Internet of Things (loT) technology that can detect and manage physiological stress-related symptoms in real time. This invention involves the utilization of several sensors, such as heart rate sensor, galvanic skin response sensor (101), and body temperature sensor along with the ESP32-S3 processor (102), In addition, this invention includes the acquisition of signals, pre-processing, feature extraction (103), stress classification (105), and therapy activation process all performed by the equipment itself. Once the abnormal condition related to stress is detected, this invention activates sound therapy (106), vibration therapy, and emergency notification methods using Bluetooth communications with mobile apps (108). The main aim of this invention is to create portable device with low cost and higher performance stress level detection. It also avoids using cloud-based platforms and therefore improves privacy concerns, decreases latency issues, and provides reliable operation in low connectivity
