Abstract: The present invention relates to a portable and non-invasive menstrual blood diagnostic kit and integrated analytical system for detecting, monitoring, and evaluating hormonal imbalances, fertility-related disorders, menstrual abnormalities, and reproductive health conditions using menstrual blood as a biological sample. More particularly, the invention discloses a menstrual blood diagnostic kit comprising a sterile absorbent menstrual blood collection module (101), a microfluidic sample separation chamber (102), a biochemical reagent chamber (103), a biosensor array unit (104), a sample preservation and stabilization unit (105), an integrated processing and control module (106), and a communication and display interface module (107) configured to perform real-time or near real-time biomarker analysis. The disclosed system is adapted to identify and quantify biomarkers including estrogen, progesterone, luteinizing hormone (LH), follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), inflammatory markers, thyroid-associated markers, iron deficiency indicators, endometrial biomarkers, and fertility-associated parameters present in menstrual blood samples. The invention further enables screening, diagnosis, and continuous monitoring of reproductive and gynecological disorders including polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), endometriosis, anovulation, hormonal imbalance, infertility-associated conditions, abnormal uterine bleeding, heavy menstrual bleeding, and reproductive tract abnormalities. In one embodiment, the menstrual blood collection module (101) comprises a multi-compartment adaptive sampling architecture configured to collect menstrual fluid from sanitary pads, tampons, menstrual cups, wearable textiles, absorbent strips, or related feminine hygiene products. The collected sample is transported through capillary-driven microchannels formed within the microfluidic separation chamber (102) toward the biochemical reagent chamber (103) and biosensor array unit (104) for biochemical and physiological analysis. The integrated processing and control module (106) is configured to process analytical data and generate diagnostic outputs, which may be displayed through a portable reader device, smartphone application, cloud-based platform, or remote healthcare monitoring interface associated with the communication and display interface module (107). The invention further provides a hygienic, user-friendly, low- cost, privacy-oriented, and home-deployable reproductive health diagnostic platform suitable for clinical, telemedicine, remote healthcare, and continuous menstrual- cycle-linked monitoring applications. The proposed menstrual blood diagnostic kit reduces dependency on invasive venous blood collection procedures and enables early-stage disease detection, predictive reproductive analytics, personalized healthcare management, and improved accessibility to women’s healthcare diagnostics.
