Abstract: ABSTRACT Portable Smart Hybrid Cooling and Heating System with IoT-Based Environmental Control The present invention relates to a portable smart hybrid cooling and heating system for year-round indoor thermal conditioning. The system comprises an outer casing (1), an electrically driven fan assembly (2), a honeycomb evaporative cooling pad (3) supplied by a submersible water pump (4) from a water storage tank (5), an electrical resistance heating coil (6), a natural fiber air treatment layer (7), a microcontroller-based control unit (8) coupled with a temperature and humidity sensing module (9), an electronically actuated water flow control valve (10), and an Internet of Things (IoT) communication module (11). The microcontroller automatically selects cooling or heating operation according to sensed environmental conditions while regulating airflow, heating intensity, and water circulation to optimize thermal comfort, energy efficiency, and water conservation. The IoT module enables remote monitoring and control of operating parameters. The integrated system provides an environmentally sustainable, portable, intelligent, and cost-effective solution for year-round indoor climate management. Figure -1
