The application for the patent was published on October 09, 2026, under issue no. 41/2026.
Abstract: PORTABLE SMART STICK FOR ANIMAL PROTECTION USING VIBRATION AND SOUND DETERRENCE A portable smart stick for animal protection is disclosed, particularly for deterring dangerous animals such as snakes, scorpions, and other venomous or poisonous creatures. The device comprises an elongated stick body having an ergonomically designed handle, a vibration motor disposed within the stick body, and a ground contact tip configured to transmit low-frequency vibrations to the ground. A control unit regulates the operation of the vibration motor, while a rechargeable battery provides portable electrical power. Upon activation, the vibration motor generates controlled ground vibrations that are sensed by nearby animals, thereby causing them to move away from the user. In a preferred embodiment, the smart stick further includes an acoustic deterrent module, such as a buzzer or ultrasonic emitter, configured to emit audible and/or ultrasonic signals to enhance the repelling effect. The combined vibrational and acoustic outputs create a non-invasive protective zone around the user, effectively deterring animals without causing harm. The device is lightweight, portable, battery-operated, and suitable for use in agricultural fields, forests, rural areas, and other outdoor environments. Accordingly, the invention provides a safe, humane, environmentally friendly, and efficient solution for preventing hazardous human-animal encounters.
